Weight Watchers works as well as you do. If you are committed to working at weight loss and willing to follow the program and keep with it, and go to the meetings, then yes it will work. My mother and aunt lost a combination of 80 pounds. I joined for a year, but wasn't as commited. While I lost 20 pounds when I followed the program and went to the meetings, when I stopped I gained it all back and then some. It really does help to have support. If you don't have anyone at home or work to give you moral support, then weight watchers is a good substitute.
