Please don't be concerned about how much or how fast you can lose weight. Be concerned instead about keeping yourself healthy!! Your body is still developing and growing. I think it is good that you exercise regularly but please eat reasonable amounts of healthful foods, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and some protein. There are too many young people dying from drastic dieting in order to be thin.

The numbers don't matter as much as how healthy you are. Muscle is heavy, if you have a lot of muscle, you are going to weigh more than someone else.
It sounds like you are on the right track with exercise, slowly increase it each week to build your stamina. You could try aerobics or some other form of cardio in addition to running.

I was going to suggest more exercise, but you're already doing some. Just increase the amount of walking you do and maybe add some strength training exercises, too.
