kissing and flirting are considered signs of cheating. pecking somebody else on the lip is considered cheating

it's not rly cheating but i bet in a relationship it would probably cause them to break up. If your with someone then your with them and them only. If you can't follow that then ur not cut out for a relationship.

definintly unless the boyfriend is the same way then they might have some mutual agreement. but unless he doesnt do that then tell him he has a right to know what is going on and he will confront her about it and she might lie but get some of you other firends who agree with you to tell him to.
