Absolutely.
But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect. -1 Peter 3:15

Yes I think we should. I try to avoid preaching to people in daily life who obviously do not want to hear the gospel. It makes them resentful and closes their mind. But if the nonChristian asks a question that Christianity has bearings on in some way or other I'm going to answer. I Peter 3:15 says,"...Be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:" I know some people aren't going to like it, but what's important to me is the fact I don't want these same people that are so unhappy about hearing the truth now ask me someday before God why didn't you ever tell me. If I don' tell them as much as I can now, I won't have much excuse then will I?

Yup. Practicing evangelism techniques should be a part of any believer's further studies. Many assume we just knock on doors and hope for the best; however, there's much more involved. Community outreach programs seem to be the best place to start. When other see the joy it brings, they want to know more about it.

YES!!! I believe we should that is the great commision - MATT 28 (the last verses)
It is not God's will for us to be so heavenly minded we are no earthly use. God want's all to be saved and live with him in Heaven, and none to perish (John 3:16-17)
SO YES THIS IS A DISCIPLINE CHRISTIANS SHOULD BE DOING

Captive audience here - he's right. When christians intrude on my life, try to take my time or otherwise try to shove their beliefs down my throat or my child's throat, I more than resent it - I make my resentment known and act if needed.

No. Many have the gift, many don't, others still, have the gift of destruction-they destroy any chance a person may have of accepting Jesus.

Only if they ask us to. There is no more resentment than a captive audience.
