Hi,
I hope this won't get you into trouble, but, technically, this is not tweezing:
scissors and eyebrow pencil.
Lucky for you, thicker brows are in, and the old thin, arched lines that we used to call eyebrows are OUT! What you are really wanting is not a tweeze job, but some fine tuning. Here is what you can do:
1. purchase an eyebrow comb/ shadow brush,
a small, sharp pair of scissors--the kind meant especially for trimming brows, facial hair, etc., and eyebrow pencil--one shade LIGHTER than your natural brows.
2. with the pencil, determine the shape that you want your brows to take--draw them in.
3. with your brow comb, comb the hair upward and trim any hairs that stray past the brow line you have drawn. (trim it exact--no shorter than the line).
4. wash your eyebrows with soap and water--making sure that you have the initial pencil markings removed.
5. Lightly pencil around your new shape
This will give you the trimmed, grown-up, and stylish look you want, without having to tweeze. Remember, thin and scanty brows are not attractive--start looking through magazines, until you find the perfect set. Perhaps you will see that with only a little bit of brow pencil, your natural brows are perfect the way they are!

I know you said except tweezers but that is the only way you can shape you eyebrow with out messing it up. I will not suggest waxing if your are going to do it yourself. Put cream or vaseline when plucking so it will not hurt you. I'm just guessing this is the reason you don't want tweezers.
