Conversations start with "Hello". Then, "What's on your agenda today." That should open it for you. And remember to look the person in the eyes when you are speaking to them face to face. Just start saying "Hello" to everyone you pass in the hall. Pretty soon they will be saying "Hello" to you, and watching for you to pass them again with a hello. Then very soon, you will have more friends than you know what to do with.
