my cousin just died of a overdose and i was wondering how much do u have to take to die from extra strenth tylenol

People generally do not understand about Tylenol. It is probably the worst way in the world to commit suicide. Too much Tylenol will damage the kidneys and the liver. You don't just die. You have a stroke that may paralyze you on one side of your body or damage your speech centers so that you can't speak, understand speech, read or write. If you lose liver function (probable result of Tylenol overdose) you will have to go through dialysis where all of your body liquids and blood have to be drawn out of your body processed by a mechanical device and then injected back into your body. A painful and uncomfortable procedure that will probably take up to three days a week of your existence. All in all, Tylenol is just not a good or an easy way out.
If you are thinking about doing yourself in, please do some research first on the Internet. You don't want to knock yourself from the frying pan into the fire.

Tylenol is perfectly safe during pregnancy. As for extra strength, I have read that it's better to take regular tylenol during pregnancy, but I'm not sure if they even sell it anymore because I haven't been able to find it, so extra strength is fine. I have had a lot of headaches this pregnany, so I usually end up having to take something about once a week. I normally just take one at first though to see if that helps.

Tylenol is a very bad drug. I work in a ER and see people OD from that all the time. It's a very painful way to die, it attacks the liver and kidneys. You should never take more then then recommend dose and its best to alternate every four hours with ibuprofen.

Tylenol is a relatively weak drug so he must have downed a container or two to get the job done.

i am shocked and so very sorry for your loss i imagined someone would get very vomitus before death accurred.what did the doc say? was your cousin allergic? i'm not much help,more questions than answers hope someone can help you all i can do is pray

Tylonol will not kill you, no matter how much you take, but it will make you sick, and damage your liver. I have a good friend that works in ER, and she told me that people attempt overdosing with Tylonol often, and the only result they get is beeing forced to down charcol
