Tongues help us speak without it we'd be unable to pronounced any words. They help us swallow our food after all the tongue is a muscle.

tounges (biologically) are there to taste (sweet, sour, etc).
however, when it comes to sexual activity, tounges could help us to spice up the kiss by french kissing. as in y? try it urself... when u do it right..it turns u on instantly ;D
