I brought a cd version with 3-4 translations of the bible and programmed it to my computer. The only thing I know of on line is chatting with people about the bible and asking questions.

You can find the New American Bible, the Bible used in most Catholic Churches in teh USA at http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/bible/
It is very good with introductions for each book and hyperlinks for the footnotes.

Have you ever heard of google?
Type bible into the google search engine and you get a plethora of answers.
www.biblegateway.com is my favorite, since it gives you the choice of many variations of the bible. So much for it being the same for everyone.

use the different versions to change/ read other slighlty diferent interepretations, until one makes better sense t oyou. I would advsie against using the American version- it is the'version approved by the Catholic Church'- otherwise, very/ potentially skewed.
Hope that helps !
