well it depends on whether vampires are succeptible to any human virus. if they are, then yes they can get aids, but they would really only be a carrier for the virus, because they can't die in a traditional sense. in theory, they could get the virus, but would be able to cure themselves of it in the same way that they fix any other physical ailment that might affect them.
of course, they don't really exist except in film and literature etc, and it depends on the film or book as to which rules apply to a vampire. so, ask anne rice, john carpenter or joss whedon.

In the sense that real people drink blood. Yes there is a real risk of getting aids from drinking infected blood. They don't in the movies.
