Don't talk to him on the phone and see what he does. The point is this he may simply not be the type of guy that likes telephone conversations. Are you the one calling him all the time? If so, stop and give him the opportunity to miss you. He'll call you when he's been given the chance to do so.

There's no reason to try to figure out why someone's mean to you, if they are avoid them. It's good you are finding this out now about him. Because there is obviously two sides to him, the good and the bad. If he is not even aware of how much he is hurting you on the phone, then he is not paying good attention to your needs and everything is based on his wants and needs. Leave him now while you still can.

Girl there is a problem somewhere basically either u can't communicate through a Chanel (which is very weird) or while u 're on the phone he's with someone else(if u can follow me....).Anyway i guess dumping him is not an option for u?......

He's mildly pychologically unstable. He's two faced or inconsiderate. Either way he's unstable. He feels like the phone is extremely private and nothing he says or does has any reprocusions because its only between you two and no one could ever prove what he did....or i could be wrong, im no psychologist or anything

Darling if he really loves you he would be nice to you all the fxxxxxx time. Talk to him and ask him what the heck is wrong with him. It's not fair if you haven't done anything wrong to have him yelling at you

whenever he starts acting mean on the phone say "if you have something you want to yell about you could at least do it to my face"
try to convince him that you'll talk when you see eachother, and even if he doesent want to, hang up.

Sounds like you might need to rethink this one through again. He is showing you another side of himself, and you are telling me you don't like it. Well little lady, that other side is part of him. Take it...or leave it. If I were you, I would leave. Those types of "bad sides" can lead to you getting physically hurt someday.

Confront him about his yelling at you on the phone, if he denies it, then tape him.
Tell him how you feel, if he continues then dump him. For he certainly doesn't care for your feelings.
