Homemade Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1 can of corn
1 can of green beans
1 can of peas and carrots
1 can of crushed or diced tomatoes
beef broth (We often use a bouillon cube, but the can of beef broth seems to have more flavor - and salt.)
1 pkg. of wide noodles
cornstarch, if needed
Directions:
* In a large 4-5 qt pot, fill half way with water (or 3/4 of the way if you have a large family).
* Cook noodles for about 10-15 minutes, al dente; until just tender. (Beef broth can be added before or after.)
* Add drained corn, green beans, peas and carrots. Add entire can of tomatoes (do not drain), until everything is heated through.
If you like your soup thin you're done, if you like it thick add a bit of cornstarch to a few TBS. of water and mix it into the soup to thicken. Serve with crackers if desired, whatever is on sale!

Easy Homemade Vegetable Soup
2 cans diced tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
2 (20 ounce) cans Veg-All, homestyle (large chunks of mixed veggies)
1 can corn
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce (or equal amount ketchup)
1 lb stew meat, cut into chunks (optional)
2 tablespoons cilantro
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning mix

Place stew meat in bottom of crockpot, add dried onion and Mrs.
Dash.
Dump in the canned vegetables and tomato sauce, top with cilantro.
Fill the crockpot the rest of the way with water.
Cover and cook on low all day (8 hours or more).

Instant Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
1. Chopped Onions - 1 tbsp.
2. Green Chillies chopped - 2 medium sized .
3. Tomato Paste - 2 tbsp
4. Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.
5. Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp.
6. Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp.
7. Mixed Vegetables (Frozen) - 1 cup. Preferable to use mixed vegetables that has Beans, Corn, Carrot
8. Chopped Spinach - 1 tbsp.
9. Butter - 1 tbsp.
10. Salt to taste.
Method:
Microwave the frozen vegetables in a small bowl until they become tender.
Heat a saucepan and add butter to it. Once the butter melts, add the chopped onions and saute it until they become soft.
Bring the heat to a medium, then add chopped spinach and continue to sautee it.
Add tomato paste to the mixture, followed by corn starch powder and mix everything thoroughly.
Add water that you used to cook the vegetable in Step1 to this mixture until the consistency becomes semi-solid. Boil this mixture for about 5 minutes - until everything blends or mixes thoroughly.
Allow this to cool - so that it is ready to be pureed in a blender.
Using a regular blender or hand-blender, puree the mixture completely or depending on your taste, just take a portion of it to puree so that you can have some vegetable chunks to remain in the soup.
Add desired amount of water to this puree to make the soup and heat it well. (Do not allow it to boil though).
As you heat the soup, add salt, coriander and red-chilly powder to it.
You may garnish the soup with either fried bread croutons or potato- chips or just server as is.
Serve Hot and Enjoy!!

Quick Vegetable Soup:
6 tablespoons bacon fat
8 cups hot water
1 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, sliced
2 cups canned tamatoes
1 cup cabbage, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1. Place above ingedients in a large pot.
2. Cover set conrol at 15 and cook for 5 minutes after control jiggles.
3. Cool pan normally 5 minutes, then reduce pressure instantly.
Serves 8-10

Making a vegtabe soup actually depends on what vegetables you want in it. So I went to ask.com and put in how to prepare a good vegetable soup. It took me to a page talking about soups and recipes. So i hope thats helpful to you.

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 medium sized onion
2 each carrot
1 handfull green beans
8 each button mushrooms
4 cups chicken stock
3 cups water
6 each potato
salt and pepper
1/4 cup parsley
PREP WORK Not too much prep for this soup. Just chop up the onion, slice the carrots into 1/4 inch thick pieces, trim and halve the green beens. Slice the mushrooms into 1/4 inch pieces, chop the potatoes into 1/8's or 1/4's depending on their size and chop the parsley. Now you are ready to put it all together.
HOW TO MAKE AT HOME Heat butter and oil on medium high in a soup pot. Sauté onion, carrot, green beans for 3-4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and water, potatoes, and season with salt & pepper.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook at a gentle boil until the potatoes are tender. (approx. 15 minutes) Add parsley just before the potatoes are cooked.
Season to taste and serve.

In olive oil, fry 1+ chopped onions and about 2/3 cloves of garlic.
chop - 1 or 2 stalks of celery
chop - 1 or 2 carrots
Fry all together.
Get beef cubes, or cut up surloin steak into small 1 inch cubes, or add hamburger - low fat...
Fry with the vegetables....
Cook whatever macaroni, or rice you want in another pan....when finished.....or just crackers - even multi-grain bread is good with this.
Keep separate in the refrigerator or freezer, and make homemade soup whenever you wish.

3 celery stolks, cut into pieces
1 onion, diced
1 cup of carrots, diced
1 or 2 potatoes, diced
1 can of tomatoes
1 can of vegetable or chicken broth
2 tablespoons of butter
salt, pepper, parsley, basil, 1 teaspoon each
I just cut up all the vegetables and put them in a pot on high and put a little bit of water to saute them (instead of oil) then after about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are able to cut with a fork and onions look tender, i put in the tomatoe can and stock, thats all, and on top i put butter. i serve mine with bread and grilled sandwhichs. i havn't had a single person say they dont like it. This makes 4 servings.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and stir for a minute. Now add vegetable and stir on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add 4 cups water and red chillie rings and cook till vegetables are tender. Add two-teaspoon corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add sugar, salt and powdered pepper.
Method of Serving :
Serve hot with bread toast.
