There are good advices you've received
But I think you're talking about quite a high lump
If it is so, I would advice you do a box-up with skirting added
Hope everyone here helped you in some way or other

Read the install info that came with the material. Even the best laminate can NOT be installed with a hump that is over 1/4 in 3 ft. Laminate must be closer to level that vinyl flooring. With the cheap laminate the tongue will break off if there is much flex in the floor when walked on. The good part is that cheap laminate will only last a very few years.

If your floor support is bad it needs to be fixed, some mobile floors are cheap plywood instead of treated, i have repaired both. Try to find the problem under the trailer if to costly you could overlay the floor on top and shim the high edges then laminate, good luck

You need to use some leveling compound to even out your floors but 7mm is just about the cheapest floorin you can use. It's not very good quality and will break easily. If you can return it, you should and purchase at least an 8mm. Much more sturdy and in my neck of the woods...8mm specials run 1.00 a SF.

There is this goo stuff that you mix and then spread while wet to level the floor. When it dries you have a level floor. Neat huh? kinda messy though. You can get it at home depot and lowes. My husband and I did this throughout an old farm house we bought to rehab. It's quick and easy and works. What it does is stays thin around your high spots (or lumps) and thicker everywhere else. Viola, you wind up with a level floor.

It can be installed,....but it will not stay down.
You must level the floor first, but if you don't fix the reason why the lump is there in the first place, well, you'll be leveling the floor again and again and again.
