No... I think you're worth every little bit of it!
Everyone should be so lucky.
Now the question should be... Are your grateful for it?
If you're not. Then yes, you are spoiled!
Spoiled, as a word, means: Ruined, gone bad, or rotten...
Just because you get nice things doesn't make you spoiled... If you abuse people, don't do anything to appreciate or earn it, then no matter what you may have in life, you are worthless inside. Therefore spoiled, as in bad, rotten and ruined as both a person and a contributing member of this icky thing called society.
If you are a good person, grateful, appreciative and hard working... anyone who would call you spoiled for just being lucky enough to have nice things would be jealous. That is there problem, not yours!
I give my children everything they want... They are appreciative, kind and very good students. They too deserve everything they get! THey understand the value of a dollar and work for what they do have.
My 14 year old has his own debt card and is free to buy whatever he wants to with his allowance.

My kids would never get all that. My kids have to earn what they get, nothing in this life comes free. I would say you are very spoiled. 80 dollars a month for what? My kids get maybe 5 dollars a week for an allowance and that is only if they do their chores. They both have a job and earn their own money. I have never given my kids money for getting straight A's. They are at school to learn not to get paid for getting good grades. Their grades are their payment. Obviously your parents have way to much money to just throw around to a 13 yr old child. Modern day kid or not you are very spoiled. For any child to come online to ask if they are spoiled is not only spoiled but they enjoy rubbing it in (i.e. spoiled rotten)

Absolutely.
What does 13 year old need 80$ a month for? Unless you have to buy your own clothes and stuff.
You don't want to hear my opinion about the cell phone (unless you pay for it out of the 80$)
At 13 you should have responsibilities (chores) around the house as a contributing member of the family; and if you want spending money, work for it (babysitting for example).
But you knew this you just wanted to hear it from us.

It depends do you do chores around the house. If you earn the stuff you get it is a reward. If you just have to ask for it and do nothing in return then yes you are spoiled. But a laptop can be used for school and the phone can be used for your parents to get a hold of you.

being spoiled is a matter of mental attitude. just because you get more than most kids in your country, does not automaticly mean you are spoiled. if it is because you demand to be treated better then yes it is being spoiled. but if you are appreciative, being in a position of having more. then no! you are not spoiled...
and thus i digress: if you are the daughter of a muti-billionare then your being gyped. :-)

Probably. That is not such a horrible thing, just be sure you appreciate what you have and try to "repay" (with love, kindness, willingness to help) those who have given that stuff to you.
