most often the oral surgeon that removes the wisdom teeth put you under general anesthesia.
You don't feel anything.
When you wake up later you will feel some discomfort, but the oral surgeon will give you pain pills and an anti-biotic for the infection...impacted or erupted wisdom teeth or bony impacted teeth have to be cut out and need stitches
The top ones are a piece of cake, but the bottom ones stay sore longer, or on me they did..

It can, depending on the skill of your dentist or oral surgeon. Usually, because of the anesthetic given at the time, you don't feel any pain and are given something to help you feel with any pain you feel afterwards. People get their wisdom teeth pulled out all the time, and do not suffer a great deal because of it. It's just like any other ache or pain, and goes away.

The problems down the road you would experience from not pulling the wisdom tooth can be much more painful.

For the love of GOD yes. Well, afterwards it did. In fact I had the two bottom ones pulled and decided to keep the tops.

Most people have no problems, bottoms are harder than the tops. They will numb you so any pain will be after. Take a few tylenol, go to bed. The next day you should be fine. If not, go back to the dentist or surgeon. Never have it done on a weekend or Friday. Dentists do not usually work the weekend.

It shouldn't really because the dentist freezes up your gum. I went for just a check-up one time and the dentist suddenly said 'ok, we'll just freeze you up and remove that wisdom tooth while you're here'. He knew what a coward I was and used the element of surprise. I honestly didn't feel a thing ... the slight sting of the injection, but that was it. I don't recall being in great pain afterwards either. I just done the usual .. gargled with hot, salty water until it had healed.

If your dentist freezes you enough, you'll only feel some pressure and cracking as the tooth is removed. I chose to have my wisdom teeth removed in hospital under general anesthetic because I didn't want to sit in a chair for hours.

it relies upon on some issues. even as they're being taken out, you gained't sense a aspect, they get you on strong discomfort killers for that. after that's over you would ought to chew on gause for an afternoon or so, that's annoying. in the journey that they are basically pulling the awareness tooth out, then the discomfort will be lengthy gone in some days and also you woln't sense a aspect with a pair asprin. in case your awareness tooth are impacted (grew to develop into sidways pushing on your molars) then they ought to ruin the awareness tooth and pull the shards out, that's much better painful and heals slower. from the sound of it your getting the straightforward way.

It depends, if there is an infection it could be painful.

Yes! sometime,s they have to cut skin away from them just to get a hold of them and if the root,s wrap around your gum they have to break your tooth in 4 piece,s usually and pull each piece separate.and you know it when the numbing where,s off and they take longer to heal up to.been there and done that I feel for you. Good Luck!

it all depends on how they're popping through. if they need to cut them out of your gums, it'll be painful after the anesthesia wears off, so be sure to take your pain pills before that happens. the pain pills really do help though. make sure your doc gives you a presc or at least tylenol 3 if not vicodin or something stronger. good luck sweets!

It depends. My sister was bruised and in pain for several days after. I didn't have any problems at all. I had mine done one side at a time and only took about 4 codeine pills for both times in total.
