I have two levels of superiors

and this guy above me is hitting on our ultimate superior

I'm a staff writer, he's New Editor, and she's Editor-in-Chief

He gives me **** for everything saying how i'm bad and what not. Which is untrue because everyone else compliments me!

But he has this total sexual tension between him and our boss, and it's all him I know.

I almost lost it and told him about what I knew was going on, but i refrained myself.

If he tells me one more time I'm screwing something up I'm gonna lose it and tell him that I'm sick and tired of him telling me this **** when he's being a total flirt with our boss

Is this a good idea?

She also has trusted me in telling me about things he's done so I know she trusts me.

I'd try talking to the Editor-in-Chief. If she doesn't have a problem with your writing, then the next time he starts in, point out that she likes it. Use his infatuation with her to your own advantage. Of course, if she doesn't like it either, then you're stuck. Be careful telling him off though. If she is hooking up with him, you're liable to get the boot.

No. Editor in Chief may be acting cool but she could secretly be into him too. You don't want to show your cards too early in this office game, and you do want to keep your job. Hold your tongue, and see what happens to the nerd. He could end up out the door if she gets tired of him! Let him hang himself. Best of luck to you!

If you want to lose ur job then maybe. Heh i would personally tell the editor in chief what the meat bag is doing to u and then who knows she might see his true side.
