Does your kitten have fleas? If so he's probably really infested and has turned anemic from all the blood loss. There are also other reasons for anemia, like internal bleeding or anything that could be draining the blood from him. Take him to the vet NOW or as soon as you possibly can. Your kitten is very sick and could die if not treated soon. Please, if you love your kitten get him medical attention soon.

I agree with the others, take to VET immediately!
WARNING SIGNS (OF POSSIBLE ILLNESS)
1. COUGHING
Coughing is very rare in cats, and any cat with a cough should always be seen by a vet as soon as possible. Coughing might be an indication of heart disease.
2. BLOOD IN THE VOMIT OR IN THE URINE
Might be a sign of internal bleeding.
3. PALE PINK OR WHITE GUMS
Press your finger against your cat's gums. If they don't turn pink momentarily after being white from your pressure, this could indicate your cat has lost large amounts of blood and/or is suffering from internal bleeding.
4. LISTLESSNESS
Could be a sign of many illnesses, and also could be a sign of internal bleeding.
5. MORE FREQUENT DRINKING AND URINATING
6. SUDDEN CHANGES IN APPETITE
7. SIGNIFICANT WEIGHT LOSS, EITHER SUDDEN OR GRADUAL
Anorexia could be a symptom of many illnesses, and could also indicate liver disease.
8. UNUSUAL SHORTNESS OF BREATH
9. ANY LUMP ON YOUR CAT'S SKIN

I am having the SAME problem! Foxxy is about 5-7 months of age. Sometime late Friday night/early Saturday my Foxxy started throwing up clear & foamy. I cleaned up after her about 6-8 times Saturday and 2 times tonight. I examined the throw up and there was a skinny thing about 2 inches long curled like a broken circle in it.
Your baby may have worms. VERY common in kittens.
Watch his poopy's and look at his booty hole after he poops if you can get to it quick enough.
Please keep him hydrated and eating. Soft cat food may be more palatable to him now.
Good Luck!
DO NOT FORGET TO CALL THE VET.......THESE THINGS DON'T GO AWAY ON THEIR OWN

The kitten needs to go to the vet immediately, this could be anemia.
ANEMIA
Anemia in kittens are most commonly noted as idiopathic, meaning of unknown origin, but a few factors to consider are: infectious disease, parasitic infection (blood-sucking fleas or ticks), internal blood parasites, and internal bacterial or viral infections. As noted above, hypothermia and hypoglycemia can eventually or quickly set in and further worsen the situation. Signs of anemia might include: pale or white mucous membranes (gums, tongue, or even skin), inability to sufficiently nurse or eat, lethargy, fever, weakness, wobbly stance, and immobilization. If you suspect your kitten may be suffering from anemia, please contact an emergency vet hospital IMMEDIATELY.
TIPS
* Call an emergency vet IMMEDIATELY
* If your kitten is suffering from severe anemia, hospitalization may be the best method of treating your kitten. Your vet can treat her symptomatically and provide her the best treatment options to ensure the best chance for full recovery.

I know what you are going through. I have been there a time or two. The best thing for you to do is to take him to the Vet. The will see what is going on with your kitten and tell you want to do about it.
Every time it happen with mine they put them on antibiotics and a gel to help build them up. Also you might want to try a kitten milk. Best of luck with your little one.

Get him to a vet quick, the gums turning white is a sing of dehydration, not enough fluids.

Are his ears hot? This is a sign of a fever. It is possible he has fleas and they are drinking his blood. I would advise checking for fleas with a fine toothed comb. Flea infestion is a serious problem and can be fatal. Good luck.
