i remember that age, the bigger the better as they will appreciate it i believe i had a 13 or 16 foot round and i still nearly fell off a few times. I am sure they will appreciate either but the bigger you can afford the more they would appreciate and it might actually be safer. i honestly feel 8 is to small if they both are going to be on at the same time.

6 and 3 may be alittle young for a trampoline. wait until 10 and 7.

the bigger one will be better since boys tend to need more room make sure you get the net my friends 10 year old broke his arm on a trampoline.

I wouldn't buy one. Trampolines are one of the most dangerous for kids.

The bigger it is the better- also make sure you get a net for the ends and that the springs are always covered...
Also keep lots of bandaids on hand...
