My beautiful 4 year old daughter has multiple cavaties, her dentist says its going to cost about 3500 and insurance will only cover about 1000 of it. She never complains about her teeth hurting and other than her teeth she is perfectly healthy. her teeth came in rotten and she was breastfed till age 2, i have been told by dentist i have weak teeth. Any suggestions?

check your local childrens hospital, we use to have a pediatric dentist when I worked there. He took cases like yours. And the hospital had programs to help cover the part that insurance didnt. We had to fit a 7 year old for dentures once after he had the last of his teeth pulled.

Take her to another dentist, that is a huge amount of $$$ to spend on a childs baby teeth, personally I think the dentist is price gouging. I would get a few more opinions, and not say a word about what the first dentist said.

If your child already in primary, then you can call your daughter go to the dentist it's free. But she's only 4 year old. Children teeth are very important, bring her to a dentist which is cheaper.

Not getting the fang attended to could mean a death sentence. Get the fang handled by a vet (and any other dental issues) and your cat will be healthy. Dental disease can cause many other diseases (such as heart and lung) just as in humans. At some point the tooth is going to cause serious problems -- and pain -- so get the tooth handled. Nine years old is NOT an old cat and is not considered old age. My cats are 16, 16, 17, and 18. The 18 year old had all his teeth removed a few years ago and just happily gums his good, including crunchies. Worth every penny getting dental problems handled.

First of all, you're not even addressing the problem.

WHAT IS CAUSING HER TEETH TO ROT IN THE FIRST PLACE????

Too much sugary, refined foods will do a lot of damage, like corn syrup, not to mention white sugar. And they are hidden in everything! Do a google search and many website will come up, pick the ones you think will help you.

Here is one place to start. WestonAPrice.org. I do this because your daughter still has a chance to save her teeth and thus her health!!!
