I do not know if you are in the right category, but baton twirling is the twirling of a metal cylindrical instrument with rubber on the ends to avoid injuring yourself when amatuers hit themselves. It is what you see at half time shows at football games.

I have never tried...partly because of the fear of smacking myself in the head with the baton !!! hehe

i use too.then i quit because it got to be a drag.though i know what it is.and i remember that i loved it.
