The only way you're going to lose weight is if you start eating less, and start exercising. You can't strap on some gimmick and sit back..it takes alot of hard work.
If losing weight was that easy, then wouldn't everyone be thin?

Like the other people said - sweating doesn't make you lose weight for more than a day or so - I spent a year in Iraq in 130+ temps and I looked great and weighed less, but I came back and so did the weight. Unless you're going to keep it on all day it probably won't do much for you. If you want to get rid of water weight try to derease the amount of salt you eat - it causes your body to retain water.

It makes you sweat out excess water in that area.
but it is merely a short lived situation, since fluids soon go back in. ( you can lose a pound or so from sitting in a sauna and sweating out heavy)
but it goes back fairly fast.
They do make a good back support for lifting

what is a sauna belt, if it is what i think it is then my idea is no.
if it is one of those things to make you loose weight, then my suspicion is no. I never used one, but I am very skeptical of things like that.
I seen those belts on late night tv where you just sit and its suposes to be like doing set ups,
I laugh at those comercials
