I'm 13 years old, i'll be 14 in february,i'm around 5'2" I weigh around 130 - 134 pounds. Am I overweight?..

You might want to ask your doctor for their opinion on your weight. You can let them know your diet and exercise habits and they might have some advice to reach and stay at a healthy weight. Healthy weight is usually calculated with BMI or body mass index. Being female or male can also affect what weight range is healthy for you.

According to BMI charts you are at the top end of the weight for your height and age, unfortunately. DO NOT GO ON A DIET!!!! What you need to do is increase your physical activity, decrease your sugar/potatoe/white bread intake, and increase your fruit and vegetable intake. Do that and you will slowly, but in a healthy manner slim down and be over all healthy not just smaller.
If you already exercise or participate in sports, then you are definitely NOT overweight, it is just your muscles.

You really are too young to tell! You are in the top of your age bracket without being considered overwieght, but it's probably just your body type - I think you will spring up and get a little taller in the next couple years - then you will be closer to your target weight. 130 is about average for 5'4" - 5'6" (for girls). I'm 5'8" male @170 and I'm skinny :)

Here is the thing, it is ok to be a little overweight, just be healthy

Dont drink any soda or any fast food or potato chips and drink a water all day and you will loose some weight and feel great.

i dno it rly depends on what u look like. these charts and suggested weights are meant for a certain body type that fits into taht mathematical equation but somegirls just dont fit into that. im 5'1 and weigh 128 pounds.ppl r shocked when they find out how much i weigh they think i weigh like 105 but i dont ites the way i look not what my number says. so just chill...look in thte mirror and decide if u look overweight or not

by medical standards you should be between 110-120. but my doctor always said that a few extra pounds was good in case you fall ill. so yea your a lil overweight but not anywhere near enough to worry about. love yourself and be happy u have a lil shape

It's a little bit high for your age/height. I'd suggest trying to cut down on snacks and do more exercise and the weight will soon drop off. HTH : )

hi, in new zealand theres an add on tv and it tells us that if your stomach measurement exceeds your hip measurement your need to loose some weight, regardless of your hight . So just measure them both and it will giv u an idea

thats how i am im 13 5'1 and i weigh bout 135

mayb loose a couple pounds tho....good luck!
