When you suddenly realise that everything and everone is one and connected, all built from the same elements and energies, and that we only feel like one person/ourselves because we're situated in our own heads...? And you can't stop smiling/laughing.

Yes,pursue it.How far did you get?You are waking up!Many religions speak of this,but none I have come across can help introduce you to the experience.What insights did you follow until something in you "clicks"and you are living the truth that you only heard about.You know if someone has experienced it or is just paying lip service,and it's never like the popular religions describe,but you find many hints in the spiritual writings.Sorry,but I can speak volumes about this.You are not alone.

Yes, but it made me sad instead of making me laugh. You realize then that everyone hates themselves.

Reminds me of a book I read in grade school ... about aliens being the ones behind TV, because it cuts us off from each other. We are all part of a larger whole and the interference from TV prevents us from connecting with one another. We think we are angry at each other, but it is the lack of connection with the other parts of our self that makes us angry/hate. In reality, we hate ourselves.

somewhat The thing I really like knowing is we are all related when I look out at the people in my Church when I speak I realize heaven will look this way and I smile.

i constructive do being pagan that area of me is extremely open i like nature, its so astounding, and being in teh park, ornear any organic wonders, makes me sense 'at residing house', conencted to soemthing additionally with actual love, i think it, i think a connection to existence, that i in no way had before , and a connection to him, like, meant to be , you be attentive to i dont plenty as sense happiness or exhilaration quite than convenience and understanding whilst im in nature, liek, im residing house
