Im 13, 5 foot 1",122 pounds,and really want to get skinny. I excercise pretty good, dont eat all that right. i just really need some advice to get on the right tract.

1. Drink one glass of very strong lemonade the moment you get up (no sugar!).
2. Drink a glass of warm water before meals.
3. Eat lots of green salad and fruits at the beginning of meals.
4. Eat pineapple and/or papaya after each meal.
5. Include fiber in your diet.
6. Take one xenical pill after lunch and dinner.
7. Don´t use the elevator.
8. Learn to breath properly (this is very important).
9. Evacuate at least three times a day (after each meal).
10. Avoid sugar!
If you follow this, you will get not only skinny but healthy.

eat right...fruits, veggies, lots of water. things that are healthy. only eating fast food or alot of junk food about once every2weeks. work out for atleast 45mins a day...be dedicated gud luck!
