I have 2 audio files part A and part B. is there any way to combine them and make 1 continuous file?

Download Audacity here:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Then you can open or import the audio files into the program and do any editing and adjustments you need to combined the tracks as well as a whole bunch of other stuff.

It is completely free and open source so you can't go wrong with this program.
