Not sure what you are asking, but Microsoft is not supporting Windows ME and below anymore.

I'd upgrade your OS. Windows ME is the shittiest version of windows I've ever seen!

umm... if u have the disk you put it in the cpu and install it. if u already have it it turn on the cpu. OR, if u meant how to acess this site. go to.....
