No, it's not possible not lose weight or gain weight if you eat 600 calories a day. It's not even healthy. In fact, you will lose weight, and it won't be fat. Water weight is the first to go, then muscle, then fat. So really, even if you're eating healthy food, it's still not enough. Women need at least 1000 calories per day (average around 1200-1600) to maintain a healthy weight. Just out of curiosity, why would you want to eat 600 calories a day if you weren't doing it to lose weight?

Definatley, i lost a lot of weight by simply excersizing and eating more small meals. It helps kick up your metabolism. And yes if you eat only one meal a day it can throw your metabolism into reverse. After all your body does need a certain amount of vitamins and calories a day, if your body is useing a lot of calories and you are not giving it enough it could start to hold the calories in to save you. its like starvation mode your body thinks you can't get enough food so it holds it on. So eat more, eat healthy, and get excersize it is the best way to be healthy and maintain a good weight.

Of course. It's all about calories in and calories out.

If you eat more but burn more calories through workouts you will lose weight. If you eat les and become a couch potato you will gain weight.

Yes!
A lot of people believe that in order to lose weight they have to starve themselves. When you do this however your body slows its metabolism down to make use of what little energy your giving it.
So, if you give your body the right amount of fuel you can actually lose weight.
Hope this helps.

Sure, you just have to eat more of the stuff that has less calories (like celery). It's total calories per day that matters.
