For me, waxing has been great. I have really thick eyebrows, and waxing regularly has caused them to be a little less thick and also not to grow back as quickly as they used to.

I hear threading is really good for thick eyebrows, too, but I've never tried it.

No not at all! Waxing does not make them thicker. Whoever told you that does not know anything about beauty or aesthetics. Our genetics takes care of how much we will have of anything when we're born. However, I can give you some beauty tips that will make them look thicker! Go to a makeup store at the mall and there you can find some stencils of different eyebrow shapes that you fill in with a powder and brush (like eye shadow) and it will give you the most beautiful perfectly shaped brows ever! Be sure to buy a color that closely resembles your natural hair color or slightly lighter, then just tweeze the shape and maintain it.

YES, waxing your eyebrows make the hair come in thicker and it increases the rate of growth. So, it's bad idea.

Probably not. And if the hair does grow in thicker, you can just wax it again or use tweezers and pluck. But it you go with either way, it's best to get a professional to do it.

No, I have been waxing my brows for about 10 years and they did not get thicker. I go to a hair salon to have them waxed once a month for about $5.00.

No, it doesn't. In fact, be careful with your waxing and tweezing because as you get older, your hairs do not grow back at all.

I dont think it makes more grow, but the light ones you cant see grow out darker. That is what happened to me. I regret it, plucking is the best way because you select the ones you want removed.
