Ok, please read this carefully. I am becoming a doctor doing a lot's of research on the subject. 1: Anxiety attk. are different from Panic attacks. Differences: You can have an anxiety atk and maybe don't even notice it. Some people (me included) start having difficult breathig, you feel bad and preoccupied, if you start feeling like that being in a big crowd or waiting in a long line is probabily not a good idea .... You might have anxiety attaks every day...Panic Attacks. Is like a super Anxiety attack, I had 2, I coudn't breathe almost at all, I though I was dying, went to emergency room right away. worst feeling ever felt. It was basically nothing...no higer pressure, no nothing..it is all in our mind. Toke me all night to tranquilize myself at the Hospital. Anxiety attak could lead to panic attacks. Avoid things that makes you feel like you don't want to stay there. Like long lines, Places with a lots of people....I take anti axiety pills, but careful. They could be addicting. You can try Antidepressive pills...they didn't work for me. Kids? Most likely not...why? Because if they cry....they are not preoccupied or thinking at their budget or other things. Only certain kids have problems similar but they are different than panick attaks. I hope this will help you

panic attacks are the same. start hyperventilating. can't breathe right. feels like ur not getting enough oxygen; however, your getting too much oxygen. You need some carbon dioxide in your blood so you should breathe in a brown bag and inhale what you exhale so you can get some carbon dioxide. yes any age can have them. it happens because it is in your head. triggered by a fear. maybe a large crowd of people or maybe you almost wreck ur car. or a love break up with you

Ive always thought of them as being the same, for me its like a brief bit of extreme paranoid. I remember the first one I had when I was living with my fam and sharing a room with my brother I dreampt that I ate his head and I woke up and I was freaking out because I thought I had killed in IRL.
