I've been trying to cut my weight a little (10-20lbs) in an attempt to see my muscles (good luck :( ). I often stay up until 3:00am and I am very hungry since I hadn't eaten since 6:00pm. I don't want to eat crappy food at night because it is worthless and negates my exercise :P. What can I put in my stomach to not be hungry anymore? I like lots of foods like salad, most vegetables, cereal, etc... but I have a tendency to go for pizza rolls or ravioli :). I'm looking for a worry free food here - something I can stuff myself with without worrying. Oh, and I've already tried water - it doesn't work :D

I get up at 9:00-9:30am and don't eat breakfast. I normally eat once at 12:30pm and once at 6:00pm. I don't get a lot of sleep because I'm a CEO :P

Ok, just because everyone else eats at noonish and 6ish does not mean you have to. Since your schedule is different from others why not eat breakfast at 10 ish, lunch at 2 ish, and dinner around 8-9ish? That way you won't be so hungry late at night. (And you should eat breakfast anyway).
I've also cut calories in the past and I've found that as time goes on your stomach shrinks so your not as hungry--you just have to push through the first week of so.
If your feeling hungry-do something! Take a shower, walk the dog, do the dishes, anything to take your mind off food. If you feel you have to eat chew on an ice cube or some gum. Also, I've found that hot beverages help---drink some hot tea, coffee, or other beverage with minimal calories. Hope this helps!

I have the same problem. I make myself drink a lot of water (a small glass per hour). When I really get the munchies I eat as much celery, or carrots, or sliced apples, or an orange. The veggies are better because they don't have as much sugar. But the sugar in fruits is good sugar anyway, so some fruit can never hurt.

You should try eating foods that are high in fibre. If you're staying up until 3am, you should also be eating somewhere in between, as well. I would suggest you eat fruit, nuts, etc. Or you could try a big ole bowl of cereal!
You didn't say what your normal meal times are. If you normally eat your 'lunch' at 6pm, you should be eating 'dinner' around 11pm. That would also help with this problem.

Its inportant to consume stable interior the morning by way of fact thats while your metabolism starts up and additionally you ought to gas it. consume a huge meal that fills you up and has protein and stable carbs in it. Breakfast ought to be the biggest meal of your day and and then have 5 different nutrition 2-3 hours aside. 2 of those being lunch and dinner and something small smacks. i flow via the modo "consume like a king interior the morning, prince at lunch, and undesirable *** at night" do no longer forget that dinner ought to be the smallest meal you have . as an occasion as we talk I had: 3 egg whites, 2 cups oatmeal with milk, and a few hen strips for breakfast. do no longer count quantity energy.

Celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. These all have no fat and almost no calories.
There are some wheat crackers my sister munches on to curb cravings. Look for them at the store. Check the label for calory and fat content.
And water. If you feel hungry and guzzle water, it will fill your tummy and chase away the hunger.
Good luck.....

Protein shakes. I'm 100% serious. Little or no sugar and relatively low calories, plus no insulin crash.
Also consuming a lot of fiber helps.
