deal with it, You broke up with him. (I am assuming) You two are over and he is dating someone else. If he breaks up with your friend, give it a shot. If not, don't.

If your best friend really does not mind if you date your ex bf then go ahead and go out with him. You are taking a chance of losing your friend is she really likes him. If he is just a friend to her then don't worry about it.
