i'm guessing anywhere from 110-140lbs??? This is a hard question because ideal weight is dependent on factors like bone structure, lean muscle mass, etc.

The answer depends on the following 4 variables:
1. Your age
2. Your sex
3. Your build (big boned, extremely petite, etc.)
4. Genetics - certain body characteristics you inherit
from your parents and relatives.
Recently the charts that suggest the "average" weights
have been revised.
I am female, age 49, and am 5 foot, 3 1/2 inches tall
with a medium build.
When I was 17 upon graduation from High School,
I weighed 125 lbs.
Several times I got down to 121 pounds when engaged
in extreme physically challenging work and in the military.
After having a child, my weight settled into the 130-135 pound
range and into my thirties.
Once I hit 40, my weight moved to the 140-145 pound range.
I turn 50 in December, and my weight is now 156 pounds--
I weigh the same as when I was 9 1/2 months pregnant!!!
Unfortunately I have osteoporosis (thinning of the bone marrow)
which is common for women my age and older. Women like
me with extra weight on their bodies are at less risk for broken bones because it cushions them if they fall. Thin older women
are at greatest risk for broken bones.
Muscle weighs more than fat. I had a job in my 40s where
I was climbing stairs constantly 12 hours a day and performed
extremely physically challenging work. I took my measurements
and in 4 months time, I lost 30 inches of body fat. However,
my weight only dropped by 8 pounds, because I had built up
my muscles.
I don't think I'd look healthy at my age if I was rail-thin.
Most men I've met have admitted they liked women with some
"meat on their bones".
I've gauged my weight with occasional measurements and
keeping track and that way you can see if you're gaining inches
which means you need to cut back. Having a reliable scale
and weighing yourself frequently helps keep you aware of where
you stand.
When I am in great shape, I wear belts. Clothes feel more
comfortable. When I'm pudgy and not in shape, my clothes
don't fit as well and it reminds me that I need to get my
act together.
So if I were you, I would take my body measurements.
Keep a record. You should focus on strengthening your
muscles and keeping your heart in tip top shape with
aerobic exercises that stimulate the heart.
Best wishes!

It depends on your overall bone structure amongst other things. Generally, it's anywhere from about 110 - 140 lbs. I'm 5'4", but because I have a large bone structure, 140lbs is the lowest that I should go. Lower than that, I tend to look anorexic.
