Does anyone know a really good free website for english to spanish translation? I really need to learn it because of where I work.

Although the automatic translations are not perfect, you may want to take a look at http://babelfish.altavista.com/ . It's rather interesting: it can translate entire documents automatically. But, I repeat, the translation is not perfect.

http://www.wordreference.com has a good English-Spanish dictionary.
http://www.semi-fluent.com can help get you up to speed on vocabulary once you have basic grammar down.
