On age alone,,I would think there's little risk in drinking immediately.

Less than strict care would tend to support that thinking.

The idea is that they will tend to fade relatively quickly.

Most would suggest de-canting the Rothschild, that's considered a very good vintage and normally can stand some breathing.

I am not a wine drinker,,and have a very unsophisticated taste.

From the little I understand of the matter,,,a very short breathe in each glass would be a safe Compromise to minimize risks.

There's going to be fairly little to lose by drinking straight-away.

But if left to breathe and it Does indeed fade,,,the nose and flavors will be diminished MORE SO than if simply drank a bit too early

More to LOSE,than to gain by letting any of the 3 breathe too much.
And straight from the bottle,,,each should be acceptably close to "as good as they'll get"

I 'bleive that's the fail-safe approach on most old bottles, particularly when history is unknown,
or it Is known to Not have had ideal storage.

All just my opinion.

I'm sure You'll enjoy each.

Let it air for around 30 minutes. If you have 3 decanters, put the wine in there when you remove the cork. Make sure you are the first one to try each of these to determine if they have gone bad before you serve it to whomever else is drinking with you. If they have not been well cared for, they may have oxidized which means they'll smell and taste like vinegar.

it depends on the type of wine. most of red wines is better to let it sit for awhile after opening. The white wines should be consumed immediately, because white wines are supposed to be served chilled.

You are either lying or too rich to know what you have.
And shame on whoever would not take care of these treasures if indeed this is a real question.
Savages!!!!
