What are you eating? The wine has to compliment the food.

I love Margaux; so I will say Margaux but not sure a '59 is still good; depending on how it has been cellar-ed; too bad you don't have a 1982

Don't mix your wines....unless you like hangovers....

Also, just select one for your main wine....and for God's sake IF you choose a 2nd wine....Make it a dessert wine WITH dessert, ok?

Somebody will call you a wino if you're not careful.....
