every time i log on it tells me it can't find btwhidcs.DLL how can i reinstall/correct this?

Looks like it's a Bluetooth app problem - try the link below.

Do a search and if you can find the file you could try to register it with a Start|Run|regsvr32 "btwhidcs.dll".

Its a dll associated with a blue tooth device. Either uninstall or reinstall the device.
