it is a matter of trying to force any form of Christianity or religion out of the government, the next thing you will see is them trying to impeach a president because of his or her religious beliefs.

The only other religious symbols as I can for tell on the dollar bill are masonic symbols. For the most part, people are oblivious to them. People "freak out" because many believe in a separation of church and state in everything. This includes the distribution of bills printed and endorsed by the US government department of the treasury. However, there have been earlier bills with more radical religious themes which would make "In G-D we trust" very mild.

The government has control over all this stuff. They say you can't mix religion with government, etc. The really crazy thing is they still print In GOD we trust on the money. Isn't that part of government as well. I believe that's hypocritcy. (did i spell that right?) I believe we are in deep sh__t because they are removing all the good in GOD from our everyday lives and that's why we are suffering the concequences now. You can't live without Jesus.

Because this was a change made to our currency in the 1950's as a protest against communism. It was never voted on or agreed upon by the mass general population of the United States.

It freaks them out because there are many people who try to remove god from school, but for some strange reason they don't care that it mentions god on their money. I guess people don't like messing with their money, but want to tell other people how to live their lives.
