Forever means just what it says, read Revelation 20:10. This verse will tell you that the wicked ones that let the devil deceive them "those who Do NOT keep the Ten Commandments" will burn in the lake of fire that burns with fire and brimstone.

Forever means that as you deny Christ, Truth (God’s true idea), He will deny you. This is a state of consciousness which feeds everything unlike good and becomes a “real” hell for the unenlightened mortal, thus making the suffering mortal a reality for the person to endure, to be conscious of evil, sin, and death over and over. It is only Christ who can solve this problem for man.

wicked means that anyone rejects the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and wants to live like the world and not God's ways.
