Okay, I am not entirely sure if this is your problem, but it might give you some helpful information. I belive that everytime that your computer saves a restore point, it uses a certain percentage of the memory of your computer. You can go in and manually change that percentage to a lower amount without causing any problems - if you don't go any less than I think 7%. That might be why, everytime you do a restore point , the computer has to save all that info and you have less and less room on your C drive. You can read a little more about this, and also there is a description of how to change the amount of memory dedicated to restore points from the link below.

Additionally, you should always have a minimum of %20 of your hard drive empty so that your programs can run properly. Also, it might be a good time to go in and do a little clean up on your computer if you haven't. Clean up old files and re-arrange files on your hard drive regularly so that things keep running smoothly. If you have Windows XP, go to your control panel and then to 'performance and maintenance' and do the clean ups in the above mentioned order. Good luck. And if this doesnt work, you may need to take your comp. into a professional. Or, hopefully you have a good friend whose into computers.
