you just have to wait it out, and keep your mouth clean, even though it hurts to brush your teeth, but just have to deal with the pain.

Avoid any spicy or acidic foods and anything with hard edges. Unfortunately, even when using a steroidal prescription cream it will take about 10 days to heal a sore. Hope I was of help.
