This is just a shot in the dark but use more conditioner and brush it more

well, first you can brush the underneath alot. and then scrub your underneath with conditioner. it helped me when i had to bleach my hair to get the color i had out. bleaching made my hair all rough and messed up. and now my hair is really soft and shine because i did what i just now said to do! hope it helps.

Mine was like that also...I think its because when I condition my hair it is harder for the conditioner to get to the hairs underneath. My hair was exactly the same......just make sure you condition ALL of your hair and it will get better :)

my hair does the same thing when i put a home perm on. Just pay attention to the back.

i have the same problem try sperating your hair rough from soft then just striaghten the rough part it helps keep all my hair smoooth
