Something on those grounds , forgive me in not too sure ; what exactly are the words or in what order.

I have a hunch the scripture quote is somewhere in the Book of Job The Servant of The Lord.

The closest I can find to it in Job is: Yet the righteous will hold to his way, and he who has clean hands will be stronger, and stronger. --Job 17:9 NKJV

I could not find that or anything close to it in the Bible.
