Yes, they will fit.

However, unless you plan on forced induction (supercharger, turbo, etc) a 2.02" valve is a little big for a 302 in most cases (TFS being an exception). There are other factors to take into consideration as well - such as runner volume, etc. Bigger isn't always better. You want a good flowing head that keeps the intake and exhaust velocity up, otherwise the car is going to feel really limp in low to mid RPM.

Be careful in your selection of a cam and roller rocker combo (particularly the total lift).

I think these heads are your best option for the most valve clearance and you can use your 302 head bolts. These heads fit 289 and 302 only not 351 because of the head bolt holes are the stock 302 bolt size. Also these are not very expensive heads

The heads will fit your block with no problem but you may need to have your pistons fly-cut to get the clearance you need. One easy way to find out is to put a small amount of play-do on top of the piston before the head is on.Bolt on the head and hand crank the motor once.Remove the head. The valve should have pressed into the play-do.If you have at least .030 clearance, you should be ok.If not, your pistons will need to be fly-cut.Hope this helps

No problem with the block. Check you cam lift with clay to check your valve clearance.
