Yes. The Bible says so. Many people post what they think... but this evidence actually backs up what I'm saying...
Ezekiel 18:4 - Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.

Before the Catholic church reversed its position, the soul was believed to be an organ in the body, like the heart. Dissecting human bodies was considered blasphemy, and you could be burned at the stake for it, so nobody actually knew the church was lying. Once enough brave people dissected enough bodies by the light of the moon, people realized that we had the same number of organs as animals, hence the church declared that the soul was actually invisible.

Imagine that... from a genuine organ to an invisible "something" in less then a hundred years.

All you can know with certainty is this... the church believes that souls exist, and they are immortal. If anyone ever finds a dead soul, you can bet the church will figure out some way to rationalize their position.

Soul or spirit, Well your soul carries the deeds you've done in your life with-in your spirit. Your soul guides your actions every day. There for when we die or soul passes away but our spirit lives on with-in the hearts of those we touched.

First you have to show that a soul actually exists. There is no evidence for a "soul" that is independent of the human body. When the body dies, that's it. Sorry.

That is called annhilationism and it is possible. I believe based on my readings of Scripture that some people will go to eternal torment and some will get annhilated and no longer exist if not all of them.

No, it is your body that dies. The soul is alive in the grave, and also after when it goes to either heaven or hell.
