The thought that you'll gain weight on birth control is false. You're equally likely to maintain or lose weight while on birth control as you are to gain it. To determine what birth control pill would be right for you, speak with your doctor.

Alesse is a pill with low hormone levels that will not alter your weight. I took it for many years and my weight didn't change at all. I'm 5'9" and have weighed 120 lbs for as long as I can remember. I also noticed that it helped clear up my skin.

Hi i have takin ortho tri low and ortho tri and both have had no weight gain for me. I ctually lost weight but it was very slow. Speak with your doctor before deciding on borth control.

ortho tri lo... little weight gain... i like it, i use to be on ortho novum 777 and now my period is even lighter than when i was on it
