Without exercise it is not going to happen. I have lose 41 pounds in the last 7 1/2 weeks and I am trying to lose 20 more by New Years. I work out 5 times and week. I don't eat junk food and I only drink water. Lots of veggies also.

Well, I asked my doctor to prescribe me some Wellbutrin SR to help me Quit smoking once-----It had absolutely no effect on my desire to quit smoking or even reduce cravings, however, I kept taking it for the whole month just to give it the benefit of the doubt. I lost 10 pounds that month doing nothing different than always EXCEPT taking the Wellbutrin SR. I'm no doctor and I can't say it will help you,but it certainly made me lose a lot of weight. Absolutely NO side effects whatsoever. I think if they marketed it as a diet pill instead of anti-smoking, they would sell a lot more of it.Then of course, it could 've just been my metabolism. I guess it might work differently for different people-I just don't know. Good Luck! :)

You don't want to do that. Anything more than a pound a week can be dangerous.

Besides, losing 20 pounds in one go is not saying anything about your lifestyle after the weight is gone. You're most likely going to gain the weight right back again.

Just stop eating junk food. Start exercising every day, and include some light weight training every other day.

With the attitude that you don't want to exercise, you're going to look terrible no matter how much you weigh. You need to reexamine your entire outlook on life if you want to get fit.

THE BEST WAY TO LOSE 20LBS. IS TO PUSH AWAY FROM THE TABLE, AND EXERCISE. IT'S NO WAY YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISE, UNLESS YOU TAKE DRUGS THEN YOU WILL GAIN IT BACK REAL FAST AND SOME. SO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AND WORK OUT AND EAT LESS.

You don't. If you don't want to put the work into losing weight by exercising, you don't lose weight. Get back to us when you're ready to not be lazy and trying to take the easy way out.

Cut out all the sweets in your diet. Like soft drinks, candy, sweets. Just walk more. Park in the farthest spot.

If you aren't going to exercise, you have to reduce your calorie intake. You need to create a calorie deficit of 3,500 to loose 1 pound.
