my husband and I have 4 chlidren and would like to relocate to toronto because he doesnt speak french and only has a high school diploma. I would really appreciate any advice about how to go about doing this..thanks.

hmmm... not sure what aspect of relocating you're wondering about...
i'd start with the 2 of you looking for work here...
if either of you is working now and your company has a location in Toronto, ask about a transfer, or help getting a position in TO

check out websites like Monster.ca, or workopolis and get busy finding work...

the housing costs in Toronto are astronomical,
you should try to connect with a real estate agent to help find a place to live, even if you plan on renting, they can help... right now places directly east of TO are relatively inexpensive, as well as Brampton, or west of Toronto- like Milton...

anyways, relocating is a big task, even more so with such a big family... do lots of research, to minimize surprises and disappointments... ask people for help,

I remember Montreal having just as many english speaking people as french. Unlike Quebec City. Anyhow, I don't think his education has anything to do with it. He can search for jobs on the internet. If he has the experience or qualifications things will be fine and take it from there.
