Some humans BELIEVE someone is always attacking them and they react defensively/aggressively as a result. In reality most people behave defensively because of the psychological abuse they give themselves. In reality the only places where you might be "under attack" constantly is Beverly Hills.

Defensiveness stems from all the self judgement inspired by junk TV and magazines which tell you to be everything you can never be. The same ridiculous expectations which get put on celebrities.... which they also are unable to live up to.

Ask yourself how many times did somebody behave aggressively to you this week? That's how "under attack" you really are. And that's the big reality trip. As for those two-faced people that back stab you, just ignore them - they're pathetic.

The problem is that before long, if everybody is behaving defensively/aggressively, soon everybody will genuinely feel constant hostility around them.

If you're in Iraq or Afghanistan, you can expect to be under attack all the time. That's war for you.
