Hi, ive heard the areas around the eye represent the kidneys, and that drinking cranberry juice twice a day for 2 weeks is supposed to reduce them, I read this in the book "You are what you eat".

Also, avoid drinking water and fluids in the night as fluid retention under the eye contributes towards puffiness.

Personally, I dont think its possible to get rid of them. I have them for years, and creams and cucumbers seem to reduce them minutely, not rid me of them.

Apart from a lack of sleep dark circles are often a sign of a chronic food intolerance. Try cutting out wheat, dairy, sugar and other processed foods for a couple of weeks and then reintroducing them to see what happens.

Hi - I suffer fromt his too, I think a certain amount is hereditary (Thanks Mum!)
Things Ive found helpful are:
Better quality sleep,
drinking more water,
cutting out caffeine (in drinks anyways, still eat chocoolate but not so much)
and a great concealer - Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat, costs about £20 but worth it as it lasts AGES and is really effective. Hope Ive helped xx
