Best,
Stepped off a plane at an air base near Seattle Washington after spending a long, hard tour in Vietnam and realized I had made it safely back to US soil.
Worst,
Drowning as a kid. I stepped in a deep hole and went down for the third time. I wasn't scared when it was happening, just frustrated that I couldn't get up to the top of the water. Someone revived me of course or I wouldn't be typing this. But now it is one of the worst memories I have. Worse than being in Vietnam, at least there I could fight back, but in the water I didn't know what to do.
My parents didn't know that hole was there. It had rained hard a few days before the picnic and caused that hole to deepen.

Worse memory: Seiing my grandma in a lot of pain because she had to breath through this mechanism where third person pushing on a plastic thing (which would push air in her lungs), and not being able to do anything to reduce her pain... I probably shouldn't have remembered that...
Best memory: My wedding. I was the happiest woman on earth that day.

The times when i could figure skate and have the best time of my life, with all those friends and smiles.
The worst, is right now, making the decison about my skating, everything has changed, i try so hard but its like having two people againest me. I guess these past two months , i've pushed it aside but this weekend i just dont know, all i can think about it my skating and how much i loved it and if i will ever step on the ice again. And everythime i think about my skating i start crying, like right now theres a tear going down my cheek, i just am so lost, and confused.

My worst memory involves 4 men pinning me down & abusing me.
My best memory involves experiences I refer to as when I believe G-d somehow communicated with me. It was as though I could feel His heart.

Best - Christmas time when I was younger with my grandma.
Worst- Living with my mom when she was an addict on drugs and all these strangers were at our house obviously smoking dope.
